I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms with beautiful water views from the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The service was attentive and professional, despite a noisy neighbor late at night. The location was ideal for beach lovers, although some areas showed signs of wear. Dining was a bit pricey, but the breakfast was fantastic overlooking the golf course.

Staying at this hotel was an overall mixed experience. The rooms in the Watkins building were beautifully remodeled with a lovely beachy feel and comfortable beds, although some areas were dated and cleanliness was not perfect. The main building, on the other hand, offered clean rooms with plenty of amenities for a more standard but comfortable stay.

The staff went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my stay, except for one housekeeper who didn't acknowledge greetings. Overall, they were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The location was excellent, right on the beach with 2 pools, tennis courts, a golf range, and nightly entertainment, although low key. However, the view of the gulf was blocked by palm trees in front of the window.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room had a damp, humid smell of urine and mold, having our own private balcony with a partial view of the beach was a nice touch. The proximity to the beach was great, and the room itself offered comfort with two queen beds, lots of pillows, and a good-sized closet with plenty of hangers.
